Constructed with precision and completed on May 1, 2022, Tollhouse Industrial Suites is designed for versatility. Encompassing 33,242 square feet, its spacious layout allows for the division of the space into 22 individual units, each boasting 1,500 square feet. Furthermore, the building is equipped with 22 electrical panels, 22 air conditioning units, and the essential rough-ins for 22 bathrooms.

    • Low E impact glass, 1/4 grey tint

    • One(1) exhaust fan in toilet area

    • Two (2) end units with 8.5-ton RTU with fiberglass duct board trunk lines from front to back of unit

    • Middle units have 6-ton RTU with fiberglass duct board trunk lines from front to back of unit

    • Return and supply air handler split systems
